Personal data we process
DataChecker B.V. processes personal data because of the use of our services and/or because the user provide these data to us. Below is an overview of all the personal data we process:

- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We recommend, therefore, that parents are involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us at info@datachecker.nl and we will delete those data.
We do not sell the processed data to third parties as it is by GDPR Law prohibitted
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
DataChecker B.V. processes personal data for the following purposes:

- To call or email users if this is necessary to perform our services

- To offer (potential) clients the possibility to create an account

- DataChecker B.V. analyses behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to visitors preferences.
- DataChecker B.V. tracks browsing behaviour on various websites, which allows us to tailor our products and services to needs.
- DataChecker B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
Automated decision making
DataChecker B.V. makes /or no decisions based on automated processing decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (eg a DataChecker B.V. employee). How long do we store personal data for?
DataChecker B.V. stores personal data for no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which data are collected. By all means, personal data will be deleted or irreversible anonimized eight years after a client’s last payment.
Cookies, or similar technologies, we use
DataChecker B.V. uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit this website for the first time. DataChecker B.V. uses cookies with a purely technical functionality. They ensure that the website functions properly and that your preferred settings, for example, are remembered. These cookies are also used to make the website function properly and to optimise it. DataChecker B.V. may use data for this statistical research. Only specially designated employees of DataChecker B.V. have access to data for this purpose. The results of the research are always aggregated. This means that the data in the research results cannot be traced back to a client personally.

In addition, clients have the right to withdraw any consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of personal data by DataChecker B.V. and have the right to data transferability. Clients may send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of personal data or a request for the withdrawal of consent or objection to the processing of personal data to info@datachecker.nl. DataChecker would also like to point out that clients have the option of lodging a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority.

DataChecker B.V. is committed to the protection of data and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. Use of necessary cookies
