DataChecker and Mitek have a long history together. Since the establishment of DataChecker in 2008, Mitek has been involved in the growth of the company as a subsidiary of IDChecker (Mitek), with the idea to combine two solutions (ID-checks and data) in an online environment. DataChecker went independent in 2012 with the support of IDChecker (Mitek). They separated to meet the wishes and demands even better with their appropriate and innovative solutions in support of GDPR. Mitek and DataChecker started a partnership in which Mitek provides the back end services and DataChecker provides the front end and customer support.

What does the partnership mean for you?

DataChecker can provide direct support to the clients of Mitek after expiry of their contracts. When the contract with Mitek expires it is no longer possible to extend the contract with Mitek which makes it impossible to execute checks directly via Mitek. Instead of this, it is possible to establish a new contract with DataChecker, based on the previous contract with Mitek, hereby you maintain the quality of the business processes that you are used to. Besides that, DataChecker disposes diverse online solutions like a portal for users to execute ID checks directly. Besides that we can offer an API environment in which we can link with software packages of the client. Our support team is ready to assist you whenever it is necessary.
